Every call counted. Every agent measured on profit.
You run a confirmation team, in-house or as a service for sellers. Cashod sends the right order to the right agent and shows what each call earned.
Sound familiar?
Agents call the same numbers while fresh orders wait
A confirmation rate says nothing about what was delivered
Callbacks and cancellation reasons get lost in notes
A confirmation team of eight in Fès.
Eight agents confirm orders for four stores in the same workspace, around 500 orders a day. Until now orders were shared out from a spreadsheet, and agents were paid for every order they confirmed — whether it was delivered or not.
An illustrative business, not a customer. Every step uses something Cashod does today.

Busy all day, and paid for orders that never arrive.
The fastest agents grab the easy orders, nobody knows who called whom or when, and a confirmed order that's refused at the door still earns its commission.
The same week, run with Cashod.
Orders dealt, not grabbed
Assignment rules share new orders by store, city or product — round robin, lowest load or best performance — and an agent on break is skipped until they're back.
Every call on the record
Each call is logged with its outcome, duration and notes. Missed calls are counted, callbacks land in a separate list at the time agreed, and possible duplicates from any of the four stores show up in the call screen.
Missed twice, asked on WhatsApp
A workflow watches for customers who don't answer: after the second missed call it sends a WhatsApp template asking them to confirm.

Paid on what was delivered
Commission is a set amount per delivered order, per agent and per store, with bonuses per product and per extra unit sold. If a paid order comes back, the amount is deducted from the next payment.

Callbacks come first, then new orders, then second attempts. Every call is timed and ends with an outcome; an upsell sold on the call is marked on the order.
